Acerca de devoluciones y reembolsos
1. ¿Cómo cancelo un pedido?
Puedes cancelar tu pedido de forma gratuita dentro de las 24 horas sin ningún motivo.
Si su pedido ya se envió, no se puede cancelar. Si insiste en cancelarlo, se le cobrará entre el 30 % y el 50 % del importe del pedido por nuestros gastos de almacenamiento, preparación del pedido y envío. Esta tarifa se deducirá del reembolso de su(s) artículo(s).
2. ¿Qué pasa si recibo un artículo dañado?
Los productos recibidos con cristales rotos, pantallas o marcos abollados no se consideran defectuosos y no pueden devolverse. En este caso, reemplazaremos el cristal o las pantallas sin coste adicional. Si no desea recibir un reemplazo y desea devolver el artículo, lo consideraremos una devolución normal y le cobraremos hasta el 35 % de la tarifa de devolución. También nos reservamos el derecho a deducir todos los gastos de envío de los reembolsos.
3. ¿Cuándo recibiré el reembolso?
Tras recibir su devolución, el reembolso puede tardar hasta 5 días hábiles en acreditarse a su pago original (PayPal: 1-2 días; Tarjeta de crédito: 3-5 días). Si aún tiene algún problema con el reembolso, contáctenos en [email protected] y le responderemos lo antes posible.
