À propos des retours et des remboursements
1. Comment annuler une commande ?
Vous pouvez annuler votre commande gratuitement dans les 24 heures, sans aucun motif.
Si votre commande a déjà été expédiée, elle ne peut plus être annulée. Si vous insistez pour l'annuler, des frais de stockage, de préparation et d'expédition, correspondant à 30 % à 50 % du montant de la commande, seront déduits du remboursement de votre ou vos articles.
2. Que se passe-t-il si je reçois un article endommagé ?
Les produits reçus avec un verre cassé, un abat-jour ou une monture abîmés ne sont pas considérés comme défectueux et ne peuvent être retournés. Dans ce cas, nous remplacerons le verre ou l'abat-jour sans frais supplémentaires. Si vous ne souhaitez pas de remplacement et préférez retourner l'article, nous traiterons votre demande comme un retour classique et facturerons jusqu'à 35 % du prix du retour. Nous nous réservons également le droit de déduire les frais d'expédition initiaux du remboursement.
