Informatie over retourneren en terugbetalingen

1. Hoe annuleer ik een bestelling?

Je kunt je bestelling binnen 24 uur kosteloos en zonder opgave van reden annuleren.
Als uw bestelling eenmaal is verzonden, kan deze niet meer worden geannuleerd. Indien u toch wilt annuleren, brengen wij 30% tot 50% van het orderbedrag in rekening ter dekking van onze opslagkosten, kosten voor orderverwerking en verzendkosten. Deze kosten worden in mindering gebracht op het terug te betalen bedrag voor uw artikel(en).

2. Wat als ik een beschadigd artikel ontvang?

Producten die met gebroken glas, gedeukte lampenkappen of frames worden ontvangen, worden niet als defect beschouwd en kunnen niet worden geretourneerd. In dat geval zullen we het glas of de lampenkappen kosteloos vervangen. Als u geen vervanging wenst en het artikel wilt retourneren, behandelen we dit als een normale retourzending en brengen we tot 35% van de retourkosten in rekening. We behouden ons tevens het recht voor om alle verzendkosten van het terug te betalen bedrag af te trekken.

3. Wanneer ontvang ik de terugbetaling?

Nadat we uw retourzending hebben ontvangen, kan het tot 5 werkdagen duren voordat het bedrag is teruggestort op uw oorspronkelijke betaalmethode (PayPal: 1-2 dagen; creditcard: 3-5 dagen).
